|
With our large 150" x 150" capacity table with (3) cutting heads & our 72" x 144" table with (2) heads, we can cut a wide variety of materials ranging in thickness from .005 up to12" +, while maintaining tight tolerances and excellent edge quality.

It is possible to cut this wide variety of materials because no heat is involved in the cutting process. No heat affected zones mean material properties are maintained and post heat treat processes can be eliminated. Many of these materials are expensive and by using the water jet process and "nesting" parts on sheets of material, we can produce a higher yield when compared to other processes. Over the last 5 years this technology has become very cost effective. If you are currently using other processes to blank parts, please give us a call. We believe Fab-Jet can be a great asset to you or your company.
